flowride App respects your privacy. This policy explains our handling of data and permissions.

نجمع فقط البيانات الأساسية اللازمة لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل الدخول:

We only collect the basic data necessary to create your account and log in:

• الاسمName
• رقم الهاتفPhone number
• البريد الإلكترونيEmail address
• كلمة المرور (مشفرة ولا يمكن الاطلاع عليها)Password (encrypted, never readable)

• بيانات الموقع الجغرافيLocation data
• محتوى الشاشة أو بيانات الرحلاتScreen content or trip data
• أي بيانات حساسة أخرىAny other sensitive data

يستخدم تطبيقنا خدمة إمكانية الوصول (Accessibility Service) فقط لقراءة وتحليل محتوى الشاشة (سعر الرحلة والوجهة) داخل تطبيقات العمل، لمساعدة السائقين على تقييم الرحلات بدون تشتت. هذه البيانات تُعالج محلياً على جهازك ولا تُرسل لأي خادم خارجي.

Our app uses the Accessibility Service API solely to read and analyze screen content (trip price and destination) within active work apps. This helps drivers evaluate trips without distraction. This data is processed locally on your device and is never sent to any external server.

• لا نراقب نشاطك خارج سياق عروض الرحلاتWe do not monitor your activity outside the context of ride offers

يُستخدم هذا الإذن لعرض أداة مساعدة عائمة فوق تطبيقات العمل، لتعزيز السلامة على الطريق وتقليل الحاجة للتنقل بين التطبيقات أثناء القيادة.

Used to display a floating assistant tool over work apps to enhance road safety and reduce app switching while driving.

كلمات المرور مشفرة بالكامل ولا يمكن الاطلاع عليها. بيانات تقييم الرحلات تتم معالجتها محلياً على جهازك فقط ولا تُرسل لخوادمنا.

Passwords are fully encrypted and never readable. Trip evaluation data is processed locally on your device only and is never sent to our servers.

يمكنك طلب حذف بيانات حسابك (الاسم، الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، كلمة المرور) في أي وقت.

You can request deletion of your account data (name, phone, email, password) at any time.

لا يستهدف التطبيق أي شخص دون سن 16 عاماً ولا نجمع منهم أي بيانات.

The app does not target anyone under the age of 16 and we do not collect any data from them.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سيتم نشر أي تغييرات على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ آخر تعديل.
